Mike Fong is the in-house writer for Lunarch Studios. During the kickstarter campaign for update 2014-05-12 Fong produced a video detailing some of the basics of Prismata's setting and plot.
Setting[ | ]
The setting for Prismata is Beacon One, a tide-locked planet that is otherwise similar to Earth with plant and animal life. The light side is governed by The Alliance, a human organization. The dark side is home to a faction of robots which defected from their human masters.
Plot[ | ]
The plot for the game will follow the story of a Swarm Wielder named Swade as he attempts to deal with a plague known as V.I.L.E, which is making robots more aggressive and defiant.[1]
