Exhaust, represented by the icon , can refer to either:
- The number of turns a unit's start-of-turn effect is disabled after it triggers.
- The number of turns a unit's click ability is disabled after that ability is used.
In addition to disabling the unit's start-of-turn and click abilities, exhaust also prevents units from being consumed. Units that consume a unit as part of their purchase cost (i.e. Forcefield) or click ability (i.e. Wincer) cannot use exhausted units. However units that destroy a unit as part of their click ability (i.e. Deadeye Operative) can be used to destroy exhausted units. Similarly, exhausted units can be destroyed by damage.
